1.Log Data

• We want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
• Authentications & permissions
• Login as Facebook:

Facebook may use your personal information for its own purposes if you authenticate using Facebook Login. Please refer to Facebook's privacy policies and any other applicable rules in this situation.

•  Login as guest:

If a user plays as a guest, we are unable to obtain their personal information. We might obtain their non-personal information in order to build a user profile.

• Voice room chat:

When a user wants to connect to the game and start using this mode, the platform will ask for access to their media on your device, microphone, camera, and audio.

Prior to sharing the URL with anyone via a social media platform, you must first create the private chat room.

Additionally, we offer an unlimited room list where you can choose to enter whatever room you wish to enter and a random selection of people will be displayed. You have the choice of chatting, calling, or using voice chat. Additionally, the option to turn off the speaker or microphone is available. If you refused the rights, you won't be able to use the voice room chat because it won't function.

2.PERSONAL & NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

• PERSONAL INFORMATION

• Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies you as an individual. We collect and store your email address, where you nominate to specifically allow our games to collect your email address. If you contact us directly for any reason, we may also keep a copy of that correspondence. Your email address is collected only to keep you informed of New Feature Games and changes to our existing products.

• NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

• Imperial Arts allows Third parties to collect ”non personal information” or non-identifiable information ("Non-Personal Information"). To put it simply, with respect to such Non Personal Information we have no idea what is the identity of the User from which Third Parties have collected the Non-personal Information.
• Non Personal Information collected by Third Parties may include the following technical information:

• Geo-location – only general location may be collected. No street name or city/town name is collected.
• Collection of Non Personal Information for strict and limited purposes. Namely, for the limited purpose of analyzing the Service in order to provide you with the Service functionalities and performance.

3.USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION/IDENTIFICATIONS

• Personal information is information that specifically identifies an individual, including, but not limited to, an individual’s name, phone number, credit card or other billing information, email address and home address. We do not collect any information pertaining to a person’s phone number, credit card or other billing information, email address and home address. If any of this information is shared through Google Play during purchases, it is stored and secured by Google. We only receive the Order ID or Transaction ID and the Receipt Data, which we store as a record of the transaction on our end.
• Our primary goal in collecting your information is to provide you with an enhanced experience when using the Services. We use your information to closely monitor which features of the Services are used most, to notify you of new product releases, service notifications, and to solicit your feedback and input and to determine which features we need to focus on improving, including usage patterns and geographic locations to determine where we should offer or focus services, features and/or resources.

4.USE OF NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

• We may collect Non-personal/public identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Services. Said information includes, but is not limited to data such as device type, brand and model, IP address, Device ID, MAC address, installed software, application usage data, hardware type, Operating System information, browser information, unique identifiers in browser cookies, Flash cookies, and HTML5 local storage, Internet and on-line usage information, in-game information, location and country, and whether you are using a point package.
• This information is only collected to provide and maintain the Service and the game experience as well as to help improve the gameplay for the user, as well as for advertising and analytics purposes. Our processing for the above purposes is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party in order to support the operation of the Service, facilitate the delivery of requested products and services and enable maintenance and update of the Apps/Games.
• This information also helps us deliver and support our Products and respond to your requests for assistance. We also collect this information to improve our understanding of how our users use our Products. We do not use this information for any purpose other than to provide the Services, make sure it is available to you when you use our Products and improve our algorithms underlying our Products.

• You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such Linked Sites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to such Linked Sites. The operators of Linked Sites may collect information about you, and may use and disclose that information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the Linked Sites that you use.

• The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

• Our apps doesn’t use cookies, the app may use third party libraries that use “Cookies” to collect info and improve their services. You also have option in our app to remover these cookies.

9.DATA RETENTION

• We keep your information for as long as your account is active. We regularly check and de-identify unnecessary info. If you ask us about your personal data, we will keep your data as necessary for our legitimate business interests such as to resolve disputes, enforce our agreement or to comply with our legal obligations.

10.IN-APP PARCHASES

• Making an in-app purchase may require you to share personal identification information with us. If any private information is shared through Google Play during purchases, it is stored and secured by Google. We only receive the Order ID or Transaction ID and the Receipt Data, which we store as a record of the transaction on our end
• Some of our products and Services offer in-app purchases for certain features or items, such as in-game currency against real money. It is not necessary to make any in app purchases to win prizes or effectively use the apps. There is no cap on the number of in app purchases you can make and you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for managing your in app purchases and the amount you spend on in app purchases within our app

11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

• Our service do not discourse anyone under the age of 13. We don’t significantly collect personal Identifiable information from children under 13. In case of any Information we discover from a child under 13 we delete it from our app/service.

12.CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

• We may update our Privacy Policy with the variations of time. Thus you are directed to review this page periodically for any changes.
